How to Use Zeaxan Each Day: Dose and Storage
Take 2 Zeaxan capsules once a day between meals, with water.
One 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. A brand panel says after meals, but the bottle label says between meals, so follow the label. Store it cool and dry and use it within 60 days of opening.

How do you take Zeaxan?
Take 2 capsules once a day between meals, with a glass of water. That is the full label dose, and one 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.
The label wording is: "SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider." The label does not give a time of day. It also does not say how much water to use, so a normal glass is fine. Here is the routine in five steps.
Check the seal
Before the first dose, make sure the safety seal under the cap is intact. The label says not to use the bottle if the seal is damaged or missing.
Take 2 capsules
Take 2 capsules together with a glass of water. That is one full serving of the 600 mg blend.
Time it between meals
The label says to take them between meals, for example mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Repeat once a day
Take one serving a day. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose.
Close and store
Put the cap back on tight and keep the bottle in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
Between meals or after a meal?
Follow the bottle label, which says between meals. One brand panel says "after meal", but the printed label is the document that governs how the product is used.
The "How to take daily" panel reads "Take 2 Capsules daily after meal for best results" and "Best Results when taken consistently every day". The two sources agree on the amount and on daily use. They differ only on timing.
We do not know why they differ. A marketing image can be made at a different time from the label, or by a different team. When they clash, the bottle label is the one to follow.

What does "between meals" look like in a real day?
It means a time when your stomach is not full from a meal and your next meal is not right away. Mid-morning or mid-afternoon is the easy choice for most people.
Mid-morning
About two hours after breakfast and well before lunch. Good if your mornings follow a set pattern.
Mid-afternoon
Between lunch and dinner. Good if you already take a break at the same time each day.
With a cue
Tie the dose to a habit you already have, such as your afternoon coffee break or a daily walk.
Pick one slot and keep it. The brand panel's point about taking it every day matches the label, and a fixed time is the simplest way to stay consistent. A phone alarm or a note on the bottle cap can help in the first few weeks.
How long does each bottle last?
One bottle lasts 30 days at 2 capsules a day. Each pack size simply multiplies that by the number of bottles.

How far does each pack get you?
A 3-bottle pack holds 180 capsules, about 90 days at the label dose.

What if you miss a dose?
Skip the missed dose and take your normal 2 capsules the next day. Do not take 4 capsules to make up for it.
The label says, "Do not exceed recommended dose." That holds on busy days too. If you often forget, move your dose to a slot that fits your routine better. Missing a day now and then is common, and it is better than doubling up.

How should you store Zeaxan?
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place with the cap closed. The label says, word for word, "STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE" and "KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN".
A kitchen cabinet away from the stove or a bedroom drawer works well. A bathroom is often too humid after showers. Do not leave the bottle in a hot car or on a sunny window sill. Who should ask a doctor before starting?
The label names three groups: pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition. The label also says "Adult Use Only".
If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, ask first, because ginkgo may add to its effect. The same goes before planned surgery. If you take a diabetes medicine, ask first, since cinnamon may add to it (NCCIH, 2024). Green tea extract can lower levels of nadolol and atorvastatin (NCCIH, 2025). Zeaxan is not a way to check on your eyes. Blurry vision, eye pain, flashes, floaters or a sudden change in sight need an eye exam right away. Regular dilated eye exams remain the way to keep track of eye health.
Taking Zeaxan: common questions
Can I take Zeaxan with breakfast?
The label says between meals, so a time away from food is the default. If you have a reason to take it with food, ask your doctor.
Can I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 later?
The label says 2 capsules daily and does not say they must be taken together. Taking them together between meals follows the wording most closely.
Can I take more than 2 capsules?
No. The label says do not exceed the recommended dose.
Does Zeaxan need to be kept in the fridge?
No. The label only says to store it in a cool, dry place.
How long should I take Zeaxan?
The label does not set a length. The brand panel says to take it every day. Talk to your doctor if you plan long-term use.
Can I open the capsules and mix the powder into a drink?
The label does not address this. It gives directions for capsules, so swallowing them whole is the way the product is meant to be taken.
How do I keep the routine going when I travel?
Pack only the days you need in a small dry container, or bring the bottle. Keep it out of a hot car or a humid bathroom, and take your 2 capsules at your usual between-meal time in the new time zone.
Can I take Zeaxan with other eye supplements?
Check both labels first. Zeaxan lists B6 with no amount, so ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining products.
