Zeaxan Supplement Facts Panel, Line by Line

Quick answer

Zeaxan's panel lists a 2-capsule serving, 30 servings per bottle and one 600 mg blend of 11 ingredients.

Himalayan pink salt is listed first, and vitamins B6 and B12 are in the blend. Take 2 capsules daily between meals and use the bottle within 60 days of opening.

For each name, see what each ingredient is.

What does the Zeaxan Supplement Facts panel say?

The panel lists a serving of 2 capsules, 30 servings per bottle, and one 600 mg proprietary blend of 11 ingredients. No single ingredient amount is printed, and the Daily Value for the blend is marked as not established.

Below, every line of the panel appears in the same order as the bottle. The ceiling column shows the most each ingredient could weigh, based on its place in the list. For a deeper look at each one, see the ingredients page.

Why is Himalayan pink salt listed first?

The label does not say why. Being first means salt weighs more than any of the other ten ingredients in the 600 mg blend.

Blend rules require the heaviest ingredient to be listed first. So salt is at least 55 mg and at most 600 mg per serving. It is not an eye nutrient, and it is not studied as one. It adds a small amount of sodium. The two eye carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin, sit fifth and tenth. Our post on why salt is listed first covers the possible reasons in more depth.

What is unusual about this label?

Five things stand out when you compare this panel with a typical supplement label. None of them is hidden, but each one leaves a question open.

Five label details that most readers miss
What you seeWhy it stands outWhat it means for you
Salt listed firstHimalayan pink salt is the largest single ingredient by weight, at least 55 mg per serving. It is not an eye nutrient.
B6 and B12 with no amountsVitamins are usually shown in mg or mcg with a % Daily Value. You cannot add up your total B6 from all sources.
Percent markings5%, 20%, 50% and 1% appear with no explanation. They most likely describe standardized materials.
SpellingThe label prints "Gingko Biloba Powder".It is ginkgo. The spelling does not change the plant.
"AGP Choline"The short name is not spelled out.It most likely means alpha-GPC, a choline source.

The vitamin lines matter most for planning. Vitamin B6 has an upper limit of 100 mg a day for adults, and long use of high doses can harm nerves (NIH ODS, 2023). Zeaxan does not print its B6 amount, so if you take another B6 product, count that one and ask your doctor. Vitamin B12 has no upper limit set (NIH ODS).

What do the side and front labels say?

The side label holds the directions and the warnings. The front label holds the brand name and two short claim lines.

Side label of Zeaxan with suggested use, caution text and storage notes
The side label: take 2 capsules daily between meals, adult use only, and consume within 60 days of opening.

Suggested use, word for word

"SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare provider."

Caution, word for word

"Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a know medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Adult Use Only."

The side label also says: "KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN", "DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE" and "FOR BEST RESULTS, CONSUME WITHIN 60 DAYS OF OPENING BOTTLE." At 2 capsules a day, one bottle lasts 30 days, so the 60-day window fits with room to spare. The standard FDA statement is printed, and small seals show a US flag and GMP.

The front label reads "TITAN LABS", "ZEAXAN", "ADVANCED FORMULA", "Supports Eye Health", "Supports Comfort", "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT • 600mg" and "60 CAPSULES". The asterisks point to the FDA statement. These lines are brand wording. They are not test results, and this site does not read them as promises about your eyes.

Does the label match the brand panels?

Mostly, with one clear difference. The label says to take 2 capsules "between meals". The "How to take daily" brand panel says "Take 2 Capsules daily after meal for best results".

When the two disagree, follow the printed bottle label. It is the regulated document, and it is what the maker put on the product you hold. The panel also says "Best Results when taken consistently every day", which agrees with the label on the daily habit. Our how-to-use guide sets out a simple routine, and the post on between meals or after meals covers the difference in detail.

  • Serving: 2 capsules on both the label and the panel
  • Daily use: both say every day
  • Timing: label says between meals, panel says after meal. Label wins.
  • Amounts: neither the label nor any panel gives single ingredient amounts

Who makes and sells Zeaxan?

The label names the distributor as Titan Labs LLC, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. The front label carries the "TITAN LABS" name above the brand.

This site is run by Thezeaxan, the U.S. stocking partner for Zeaxan. We earn money when people buy through our order links. The label does not name a separate manufacturer. For batch details, the current lot is ZEA-26/TH-5449, and the certificate of analysis reference is ZEA-5449-26-TH. The document itself is not published. You can match an order to a lot through the Zeaxan order desk, and the batch check page shows how.

A reminder that applies to every eye product. A label cannot tell you what is happening with your eyes. Blurry vision, eye pain, flashes, floaters or a sudden change in sight need an eye exam. Regular dilated eye exams are the way to track eye health over time.

Zeaxan label: common questions

How many capsules are in a bottle of Zeaxan?

60 capsules. At the label serving of 2 a day, that is 30 servings, or about 30 days.

How much vitamin B6 and B12 does Zeaxan have?

The label does not say. Both are listed inside the blend with no amount and no % Daily Value.

What does the double asterisk mean?

It marks the blend line with "Daily Value not established". There is no official daily target for a blend.

Why does the label say to use it within 60 days?

The label does not give a reason. Many products lose freshness once opened. At 2 capsules a day, a bottle is gone in 30 days anyway.

Is the capsule vegetarian?

The label does not name the capsule shell material, so it cannot be confirmed from the bottle.

Who is Titan Labs LLC?

The label names Titan Labs LLC, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, as the distributor. No separate maker is named.
