Zeaxan Testing and Quality: What the Seals Mean
Zeaxan shows seals for an FDA-registered facility, GMP and foreign and domestic ingredients. An FDA-registered facility is not FDA approval. The Non GMO, 100% Natural, Gluten Free and Made in the USA lines are brand claims with no certificate shown to us. The label names only a distributor, and no third-party lab results are published.

How is Zeaxan quality checked?
The Zeaxan bottle and listing show seals for an FDA-registered facility and good manufacturing practice, and a note about foreign and domestic ingredients. No third-party lab results have been published, so we cannot confirm what is in any batch.
That is the honest summary. The rest of this page takes each seal and brand line in turn. For each one, we explain what it can tell you and where its meaning stops.

| Seal or line | Where it appears | What it tells you | What it does not tell you |
|---|---|---|---|
| FDA-registered facility | Round seal in the listing images | The factory is on the FDA's list of food facilities | That the FDA approved, tested or reviewed Zeaxan |
| GMP | Small seal on the side label and listing | The maker claims good manufacturing practice | Which auditor checked it, or when |
| Foreign and domestic ingredients | Seal in the listing images | Some raw materials come from outside the US | Which ones, or from which countries |
| Money-back satisfaction | Seal in the listing images | A 60-day refund promise for buyers | Anything about what is in the capsules |
| Non GMO, 100% Natural, Gluten Free, Made in the USA | "Supplement your health" brand panel | What the brand says about the product | Proof. No certificate for these was shown to us |
| US flag | Small seal on the side label | A US link the brand wants to show | Where each ingredient was grown or made |
Does "FDA-registered facility" mean Zeaxan is FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The seal describes the factory, not the product.
Food and supplement factories must register with the FDA. Registration puts a site on a list and makes it open to inspection. It is not a stamp of approval. The maker, not the FDA, is responsible for making sure a supplement is safe and labeled correctly, as the FDA explains.
The label prints the standard FDA statement for this reason. Claims like "Supports Eye Health" carry an asterisk because the FDA has not evaluated them. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements gives the same advice in its consumer guide: supplements are not reviewed for safety or effect before they reach shelves.
What does the GMP seal on Zeaxan mean?
GMP stands for good manufacturing practice. In the US, supplement makers must follow the FDA's current GMP rules, so the seal states a legal baseline rather than a special extra.
The rules cover things like clean equipment, record keeping and checking that a product matches its label. The seal on the bottle does not say who checked the factory, or when. Some GMP seals come with an outside audit and some do not. We have no audit report for Zeaxan, so we cannot tell you which kind this is.
What GMP does not do is pick the ingredients or set the amounts. A factory can follow every rule and still fill capsules with a blend whose single amounts are not printed. So GMP speaks to how a product is made, not to what the formula can do.
What do the "Supplement your health" seals mean?
The brand panel shows four lines: Non GMO, 100% Natural, Gluten Free and Made in the USA. These are brand claims. No certificate for any of them was shown to us.

How to read each one
Non GMO and Gluten Free often come with an outside program's logo. Here they do not.
100% Natural has no fixed legal meaning for supplements, and the brand does not define it anywhere we have seen.
Made in the USA sits next to a separate seal that says "foreign and domestic ingredients". So some raw materials likely come from abroad, even if the capsules are filled here.
None of this means the claims are false. It means we cannot check them. If gluten or GMOs matter to you for health reasons, ask the Zeaxan order desk for written proof before you order.
Who makes Zeaxan?
The label does not name a factory. It reads "DISTRIBUTED BY: Titan Labs LLC, Coconut Creek FL 33073". A distributor may sell a product that another company makes.
US law allows a label to name the maker, the packer or the distributor. Naming only a distributor is common and legal. It does mean you cannot look up the factory from the bottle. Thezeaxan, the U.S. stocking partner for Zeaxan, runs this site and stocks the product. It is not the maker either. Read more about the site on the about page.
What does the Zeaxan label confirm, and what is missing?
The label confirms the serving, the blend total and the ingredient order. It leaves out the amount of every single ingredient.
On the label
- Serving size is 2 capsules, with 30 servings in a 60-capsule bottle.
- One 600 mg proprietary blend holds 11 named ingredients.
- Inactive ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide.
- The label names Titan Labs LLC, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 as distributor.
- The FDA statement is printed, as the law asks for supplement claims.
Not on the label or not published
- The amount of each of the 11 ingredients. Only the blend total is printed.
- The amounts of vitamins B6 and B12. Both are listed with no amount or % Daily Value.
- What the 5%, 20%, 50% and 1% markings refer to.
- The name and address of the factory. Only a distributor is named.
- What the capsule shell is made of.
- Any third-party lab result for this lot.
The gaps matter most for the eye nutrients. Lutein is fifth and zeaxanthin is tenth of eleven. Himalayan pink salt is listed first, so it weighs the most. The Supplement Facts page works out the most each ingredient could be. The batch check page covers the CoA reference and the lot.
How can you judge Zeaxan quality yourself?
Start with the label, then ask for what is missing. Five checks cover most of it.
Read the Supplement Facts panel
Check the serving size, the blend total and the order of ingredients. The first one listed weighs the most.
Look for missing amounts
Note any vitamin or ingredient with no number. On this label, that is all 11 blend ingredients, including B6 and B12.
Check who is named
A label must name a maker, packer or distributor. This one names a distributor only.
Ask for a lab report
For Zeaxan, the order desk holds the CoA reference ZEA-5449-26-TH. The results are not published.
Bring the label to your doctor
Show the full ingredient list, especially if you take a blood thinner, a diabetes medicine or a heart or cholesterol medicine.
A supplement can be made well and still do nothing you notice. Quality is about whether the bottle matches its label. It says nothing about results. If you notice blurry vision, eye pain, flashes, floaters or a sudden change in sight, book an eye exam. Those need a doctor, not a capsule. The side effects page covers the ingredient cautions in full.
Zeaxan testing and quality: common questions
Is Zeaxan third-party tested?
We have not seen third-party test results. A CoA reference, ZEA-5449-26-TH, exists for lot ZEA-26/TH-5449, but the document is not published.
Is Zeaxan FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve supplements. The seal says the product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which describes the factory.
Is Zeaxan made in the USA?
A brand panel says so. A separate seal says it uses foreign and domestic ingredients. The label names a Florida distributor, not a factory.
Is Zeaxan gluten free?
The brand panel says so, with no certificate shown to us. If you need to avoid gluten for health reasons, ask the order desk for written proof.
What is the capsule made of?
The label does not say. The inactive ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide.
