What does the Zeaxan privacy policy cover?

This policy covers thezeaxan.com, the Zeaxan website run by Thezeaxan, the U.S. stocking partner for Zeaxan. It explains what personal data the site handles, who holds it and what you can ask us to do with it.

The site is a set of information pages. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no cookies of its own. When you order, you leave this site for a separate checkout run by the order desk, which has its own privacy terms.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Thezeaxan. "You" means anyone who visits the site or writes to us. The policy carries a revision date of September 30, 2026.

What personal data does the Zeaxan website collect?

Very little. Most of the personal data we hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

Here is what the site does not do:

• Run our own analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
• Set cookies of our own or build visitor profiles.
• Sell personal data, or share it for targeted ads.
• Ask for card numbers, passwords or ID numbers by email.

What happens to your data when you order Zeaxan?

Your order data goes to the order desk, not to us. When you click an order link, you move to a secure checkout run by the BuyGoods default order desk.

The order desk uses your name, address, email and payment details to charge your card, ship your parcel, send tracking and handle refunds. Its own privacy terms apply, and the checkout page links to them. We never see your full card details.

The checkout may note which website sent you, so that the sale can be credited to this site. That is how Thezeaxan earns money. It does not pass your card or address to the website team.

Does Thezeaxan use your email for marketing?

No. We use the emails you send only to answer them. We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to the order desk unless you ask us to.

Sometimes a question sent to the website team is really an order question. In that case we reply with the order desk number so you can call the desk yourself. We do not forward your message without your say-so. If you order, the order desk may send you emails about that order, such as a receipt and tracking. Those come from the checkout, under its own terms.

How long does Thezeaxan keep your emails?

Only as long as we need them to answer you and keep a basic record of the conversation. After that we delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask us to delete your emails sooner. Our web host keeps short server logs for security. Those logs are cleared on the host's own schedule. We do not use them to identify visitors.

What privacy rights do you have?

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Several US states give their residents these rights by law. We honor the same requests from any visitor, wherever you live.

Making a request will not change how we treat you. Requests about order data go to the Zeaxan order desk, because the order desk is the one that holds it.

How do you make a Zeaxan privacy request?

Send an email to the website inbox listed in the footer with "Privacy request" in the subject line. The inbox is staffed Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.

Does the Zeaxan site collect data from children?

No. The Zeaxan label says "Adult Use Only", and this site is meant for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell the website inbox. We will delete it.

How is your data protected?

Pages load over a secure, encrypted connection. Only a small number of people can read the website inbox. The checkout runs on its own secure system.

No website can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

What is outside this privacy policy?

This policy does not cover the checkout, Google Fonts or any other site we link to, such as the National Eye Institute or NIH pages we cite. Each of those has its own privacy terms.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is large, such as a new kind of data or a new service that handles it, we describe it in plain words here.
